MS Teams integration

It would be very good to be able to integrate Microsoft Teams into Business Central via the CTI solution.

Thank you for your comment, Mr. Linnemann. We are still waiting for Microsoft to provide access to the API in oder to be able to control calls and get caller information. There is also a UserVoice thread on this topic on the official Microsoft page at https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/38534776-full-teams-client-api-including-call-control

If you want this this feature to be integrated into CTI by Simova, feel free to vote on the Microsoft UserVoice page on this thread. This way Microsoft may see the urgency of this feature.
